1. Sales and Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Page with proof of purchase.
90-Day Full Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products. All products purchased from THRO-Net come with a 90-day full warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within this period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Product Inspection and Defect Reporting
Customers are required to inspect products upon delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported to THRO-Net within 7 days of receipt. Failure to report defects within this timeframe may affect eligibility for refunds or warranty claims.
3. Service Appointments
Service appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Product Use and Safety Guidelines
Customers must use products as directed and follow all accompanying safety guidelines. THRO-Net is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse or improper use of our products.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will THRO-Net be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if THRO-Net has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
